What makes Auntie Lan’s Sarawak deli so special to me is their Sarawak Laksa. Ironically as a Malaysian, I never had the chance to savour its flavour. Only a few years back, it was introduced to me by my dear French couple friends. The first slurps of the broth is mind blowing: rich, tangy and spicy! Since then, I have cravings for Sarawak Laksa every other weeks. Sadly, my friends had to leave Malaysia under unforeseen circumstances during this pandemic 🥺 Whenever I miss them, I would order myself a large bowl of Sarawak Laksa and indulge satisfactorily.
